All of our rooms have a generous shower, toilet, and vanity sink ensuite. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided. A full size wardrobe with plenty of hangers, bedside cabinets and lamps. Room 1

First floor double with corner shower. Bathroom window. There are two chairs and pop up a dining table. 43″ T.V. This room is at the rear of the house, so is relatively quiet, but unfortunately doesn’t have much of a view, so don’t expect any wildebeasts!!

Room 2

This is a first floor room at the rear. Dining table and chairs, plus two tub chairs. 50″ T.V. This room has a patio door, no views, but nice and cool in the hot weather and a bit quieter.

Room 3

Our largest first floor room at the front. Dining  table and chairs, two tub chairs. 43″ T.V. on a swivel stand. This room is overlooking the street, so can be a bit noisy if you’re used to the quiet, be warned!

Room 4

This is our smallest room. Pop up dining table with two comfy chairs. 50″ T.V. A patio door makes the room lovely and light and airy and cool in the summer. This room is on the second floor at the rear, so is a bit quieter.  

Room 5

Second floor double room. Dining table and chairs, two tub chairs. 50″ T.V. This room is at the front with two windows, as it is on the second floor it’s not too noisy when the windows are shut. But if you like to sleep with your windows open, it can be pretty noisy!!
